distiller William Grant & Sons Ltd, its brands include Remy
Martin, Glenfiddich, Russian Standard, Disaronno and Cointreau.

bespoke, state of the art Headquarters and Marketing facility
with easy access to the Capital.

Our Approach: |
The key
to our success in this £1.6 million project was
the "discovery" phase of our project management process. This is
when our Sales and Workplace Consultants take the time to
gain an indepth understanding of the needs and expectations of the
Client's Directors and their respective teams.
The outcomes of this phase informed our wide ranging design
activities including extending the original architectural
concepts of the building into the Client's space, extending the
Atrium's marble flooring into the reception area without the
need for steps or ramps, creating high intensity lighting
cabinets that would display the company's products to best
advantage, plus the many detailed alterations and additions to
the existing building services to support a drinks bar and a
full meal kitchen.
Other design work included a specialised telepresence suite, a
boardroom, conference rooms and various open meeting spaces; all
intended to
encourage high levels
of collaboration both internally and with the company's clients and suppliers.
On completition of the design phase, we developed a Construction Phase Plan that
integrated the work of more than fifty bona-fide subcontractors
and suppliers.

Outcomes:
|
We are
pleased to confirm that we delivered the project on time; so our Client was able to complete their relocation of their
Headquarters from Southampton to Hook in accordance with their
original plan.
This was our biggest challenge to date. We learned a lot from
the experience, it also validated our approach to handling
complex client projects. We completed the construction in just 16 weeks.
