a run-down industrial unit into an uptodate HQ and
Administration Centre.

outskirts of Winchester.

Our Approach: |
This was
a full Transformation and Relocation project.
Having completed a survey of the building, the first task was to
strip out industrial ventilation and heating systems, an
antiquated goods lift and some well worn industrial changing and
toilet facilities. We were then in a position to complete the
design and construction activities. They included replacing
external cladding and some windows.

Outcomes:
|
We
delivered a state of the art office facility with combined air
conditioning and heating, and sensor controlled lighting. The
space included a welcoming reception and an in-house training
facility. |
